Mends International Limited (MIL) was incorporated in Nigeria
on the 23rd day of May 1988 with Certificate of Incorporation No. RC 112961.
MIL has three registered divisions: [1] Mends
Specialist Hospital & Aviation Centre; [2] Mends Training Institute;
[3] And the lastest division of MIL is WONDERNET located at Plot No.3 Kanta Road
New
Extension, Mogadishu Layout, Kaduna,
Nigeria.
MIL was established to carry on the trades of businesses pertaining to
Hospital, Healthcare Consultancy Services; International Trading &
General Contracts; acting as Pharmaceutical and Medical Suppliers and
Consultants as well as to act as International Partners, Agents or
Representatives in Healthcare, Aviation & Space Technology,
Undersea/Hyperbaric Technology, Information Technology, General
Investments and related fields/sectors of the Nigerian economy.
On 6th June 2008 while celebrating 60 Years of University Education in
Nigeria at the Trenchard Hall, University of Ibadan, Dr Makanjuola
Akindele Owolabi, FWACP, was one of the two Nigerians who received the
Conferment of the prestigious DISTINGUISHED ALUMNUS (DA) AWARD OF
UNIVERSITY OF IBADAN with all rights, honours and privileges attached to
it. Dr Owolabi has since dedicated this honour to Mends International
Limited, Kaduna
